Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Field Sales team and drive business growth for D and H Distributing Co. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
