Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage social media campaigns and plans that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness across various social media channels.
- Create and curate engaging content with text, graphics, images, and video content for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Assist in creating and editing written, photo, and video content that aligns with our company's brand voice and messaging.
- Attend events and produce live social media content that showcases our company's products and services.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels and ensure consistency in our messaging.
- Design posts that sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products and services.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs to optimize performance and drive impactful campaigns, including web traffic and SEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and business units to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, technologies, audience preferences, and best practices.
- Manage and develop ideas for social media campaigns to generate leads, drive engagement, create revenue opportunities, and increase brand awareness.
- Interact with users and respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Report on online reviews and feedback to ensure our company's reputation is maintained.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar and schedule that considers topics across the industry, news, and current events, as well as web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or 3 years of experience.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in operating within a social media management platform and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Oktopost, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to deliver creative content through text, images, graphics, and videos.
- Experience setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns, including developing a target audience that aligns with the campaign's objectives.
- Excellent social listening skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to digest and comprehend information in articles, blogs, interviews, and podcasts, and create a compelling preview to drive traffic to them.
- The ability to understand historical, current, and future trends across digital content and social media.
