Job Title: Account Executive - Ticketing Specialist

At AEG, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive - Ticketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ticket sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
