Ministry Brands is a leading provider of innovative solutions for faith-based, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Prospect Account Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Prospect Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Protestant market. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and client retention by communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities to align with our product offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, highlighting the value and benefit of our solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements, providing excellent customer service
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry expertise
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and industry expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Successful closing skills and ability to solve practical problems
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining composure
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate (up to 25%)
