Workplace Experience (WX) is tasked with the design, construction, and management of Snap's global workspaces. This team encompasses Portfolio Management, Design & Construction Management, Data, Technology & Planning, Workplace Operations, Food Services, and Onsite Events.

We are seeking a Campus Operations Manager to become an integral part of the Workplace Experience (WX) Team at Snap Inc. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing the operations of our offices in the Santa Monica area and surrounding locations.

Based at our Santa Monica headquarters, you will assist in developing scalable initiatives to ensure the effective and efficient management of our campus.

Your collaboration will extend to a large outsourced vendor team, internal Workplace Experience partners, and various cross-functional teams including HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, and business leaders.

You will cultivate relationships, programs, and operational frameworks that reflect Snap's core values: Kind, Smart, and Creative.

Key Responsibilities:


Act as a champion for the overall workplace experience, ensuring that Snap's values and inclusive culture are embodied in a welcoming and engaging environment.

Assist in formulating both short-term and long-term tactical strategies for enhancing workplace amenities and services.
Collaborate with Workplace Operations colleagues to efficiently deliver new office spaces, manage post-occupancy adjustments, and oversee move management.
Support all operational aspects including onsite events, food services, maintenance, warehouse management, and mail operations.
Lead the execution of experience-related programs, guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and cross-functional service teams.
Proactively assess business needs, aligning on objectives, scope, timing, and resources.
Build strong relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, gathering feedback to continuously enhance the employee experience.
Coordinate with internal Workplace Experience teams to ensure consistent communication across offices and site leaders.
Develop scalable campus operations programs focused on parking, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with various teams to devise innovative solutions and programs that address evolving business, employee, and customer needs.
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members, landlords, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Oversee vendor performance to ensure services are delivered according to contracts, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage outsourced facility vendor partners to guarantee high-quality delivery of workplace services and programs.
Conduct regular site inspections and collaborate with responsible parties to address any identified deficiencies.
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure ongoing compliance within the workplace.
Lead complex projects aimed at enhancing the employee workplace experience.
Assist in managing and developing annual operating and capital budgets, tracking financial variances, and overseeing operational expenses.

Support ongoing financial management tasks including invoice review and approval, and collaboration with procurement and other internal teams to fulfill purchasing and project requirements.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Demonstrates a proactive work ethic and urgency in fast-paced environments, coupled with self-initiative, creative thinking, and strong decision-making capabilities.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, showcasing a highly detail-oriented approach.

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Capable of managing large-scale projects while also attending to minute details and tasks.

Able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Skilled in building relationships at all organizational levels.
A passion for Snapchat.
Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
Experience with workplace, facilities, and space management systems is preferred.
Embodies Snap's values of kindness, intelligence, and creativity.
Experience managing a facilities operations team is preferred, with knowledge of building systems, standard operating procedures, and employee services.
A process-driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years of facilities management experience with a focus on office management, workplace services, customer service, and event management.

This role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location.
