We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Coordinator/ Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and client service, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional client service and support, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
