About Our Team

We specialize in reality capture and customized site survey services using cutting-edge technology such as 3D cameras, drones, and laser scanners. As a rapidly growing start-up, we pride ourselves on delivering accurate, innovative, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Review, evaluate, and validate data collected from field operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians and project managers to address discrepancies and improve workflows.
  • Report Generation: Create detailed reports highlighting quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of completed deliverables to verify compliance with company and client standards.
  • Process Development: Assist in developing quality assurance processes and documentation.
Administrative Tasks
  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
  • Email Management: Manage company email accounts, correspondence, and communications.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems for projects and internal operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and track office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • General Support: Provide general administrative support to leadership and the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience: Experience in quality assurance, administrative support, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools.
