Job Description

Must live within 50 miles of Boston, MA (or willing to relocate) and hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License. Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance Group, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to assist incoming sales prospects to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all, insurance products, all while delivering outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Quote and sell insurance products to new and current customers
  • Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to prospect circumstances and meeting the needs of the customer
  • Attend sales meetings, seminars, or educational activities to stay current with market trends, and regulations and maintain state licensing
Qualifications:
  • Experience maintaining, prioritizing, and organizing an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients
