Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Engineered Floors. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling commercial carpet and other sales-related activities within a designated geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities through new construction and refurbishing of facilities, offices, and other projects.
- Establish relationships with key specifiers, including architects, designers, and commercial flooring contractors.
- Provide sales and marketing services in the marketplace, including sales calls, supply of marketing materials, and support.
- Maintain status and service on job bids and current specifications to secure projects.
- Establish key relationships and networking opportunities through customer service activities and trade organizations.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in outside sales, with evidence of sustained effectiveness and success.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work 8-10 hours a day, with flexibility to work early mornings or evenings when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
