Branch Manager Position
Fusco Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Executive to lead our Albany, NY branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth. A competitive salary of $40-45k is on offer.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the branch in the absence of the branch manager
• Build and promote branch identity, drive sales, and enhance customer service
• Originate loans and handle customer issues
• Oversee operational functions and ensure compliance

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent education/experience is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Previous banking experience and supervisory skills are essential. A valid driver's license is also required.
