Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our team at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with key national accounts customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role

This role is responsible for building strong partnerships with retail partners, developing and executing business development strategies, and managing sales performance to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key national account customers.
  • Creating and executing business development strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Managing sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including buyers and decision makers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activity and performance.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act strategically and tactically in the performance of the job.
  • Proven people management skills and strong interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
