Position Overview

Norco, Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Medical Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

The primary focus of this position is to provide support to our patients and clients regarding their billing questions and concerns.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve any claims based on denial reasons assigned.
  • Oversee the organization’s accounts receivable figures and reach out to patients when collection challenges are detected.
  • Process both electronic and manual payments accurately.
  • File insurance claims with payers and handle rejected or denied claims by preparing appeal or reconsideration documentation.
  • Confirm patients' eligibility, coverage, and benefits while identifying necessary authorization protocols.
  • Carry out additional duties as required or as directed.
