Business Development Manager

Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000 (national average level), adjusted according to local labor market conditions.
About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager at Dataprise, you will play a crucial role in managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will establish a cadence of onsite and remote customer meetings, collaborate with Service Delivery teams, and work directly with senior management on campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and propose new or extended services, projects, and product offerings.
- Coordinate with various departments to address service requests and customer relationship matters.
- Partner with Solution Design teams to schedule scoping calls and ensure timely delivery of purchase agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Several years of business development management experience.
- Ability to translate technical content to non-technical customers.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Results-oriented drive and strong work ethic.
