Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Accounts Manager to join our team at Dermalogica LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for directing and managing activities for assigned national and regional accounts, consistent with our business philosophy and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for assigned national accounts.
  • Business Strategy: Create and execute business strategies and action plans to maximize sell-in, sell-through, profit, revenue, and market share.
  • Account Management: Identify opportunities and challenges to create strategies to maximize sales efforts and communicate this information to sales management and other departments as necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts, including regular business reviews and communication of sales performance.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, packaging, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to sales management and other departments as necessary.
  • Event Planning: Implement and execute effective events, monthly, quarterly, and annually, to grow the business and ensure a plan to anniversary all prior events.
  • Education and Training: Work with education to schedule and communicate opportunities for ongoing education for PSTs and store teams.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS preferred with a minimum 5-7 years of progressive account or sales management experience within the consumer goods, professional skin/hair (manufacturer or distributor) industries.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent management skills, ability to interface with a wide range of individuals, excellent problem-solving skills, conceptual thinking, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and superior execution abilities.
