The Senior Care Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in evaluating PACE eligibility by nurturing relationships with potential participants, their families, and caregivers.

As a reliable telephonic resource, the Senior Care Enrollment Specialist guides seniors who may qualify for the PACE program through the enrollment journey with WelbeHealth.

This role involves collaborating with market leaders, clinical team members, and others to ensure seniors successfully complete the enrollment process, which may include assisting prospective participants with the Medi-Cal application.

Additional responsibilities encompass managing inbound inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and making outbound calls to interested leads.

REQUIRED:
Bilingual in ENGLISH/SPANISH
Remote position available

Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit patience, empathy, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to service on every call; establish strong connections with potential participants, caregivers, and independent outreach associates who may require assistance with enrollment
Support inbound campaigns, address inquiries, and identify the underlying needs of potential participants, educating them about PACE services and benefits to further our mission of aiding more seniors in the communities we serve
Initiate outbound calls to interested potential participants who wish to learn more about WelbeHealth PACE (not cold calls)
Effectively manage leads that necessitate follow-up communications
Maintain the highest service standards on all calls, both inbound and outbound

Job Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferred; or two (2) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in tele sales, customer service sales, Medicare, or PACE sales is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Experience in Medicare Advantage or PACE is preferred
Knowledge of Medi-Cal is advantageous
Bilingual in English/Spanish
