Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is essential
  • Preferred experience in insurance sales, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Previous sales experience in various settings (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Capability to connect with customers on a personal level
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
