Role Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Peer Support Recovery Specialist (in-office) for shifts from 4PM to 12AM, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities include crisis intervention, client evaluation, crisis management planning, and acting as a liaison among involved parties, under clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients at the Safe Station.
  • Complete essential documentation and plans.
  • Collaborate with the Mobile Crisis Team.
  • Assist with referrals and follow-up processes.
  • Conduct evaluations and crisis interventions.
  • Work with a variety of populations.
  • Document interactions and procedures accurately.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions.
  • Provide educational resources to the community.
  • Mentor interns and new team members.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $17.75-$20.50 per hour (dependent on certification and experience)
  • Mileage Reimbursement available
  • Opportunity to obtain Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (CPRS) within the first year of employment.

Qualifications:

  • Peer recovery certification or a commitment to obtain certification within one year.
  • A minimum of 3 years in recovery and 5 years of lived experience.
  • Some college education is preferred.
