Position Summary:
We are looking for a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist to become a vital part of our crisis intervention team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, evaluate situations, and implement crisis intervention strategies while developing treatment plans for clients in various community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments and create diagnostic impressions and treatment plans in community scenarios.
- Execute effective crisis intervention techniques, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
- Recommend appropriate referrals utilizing available community resources.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, first responders, and other community organizations as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interventions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field with at least one (1) year of professional experience.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (MSW, MA, MS) with two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW or LGPC).
