As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
