About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and expand our services
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
