Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the events team to handle logistics tasks, including sponsor and speaker onboarding, sponsor inquiries, and audits.
  • Provide timely and effective support to attendees and internal stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot purchase issues and contact delegates to resolve.
  • Create and issue visa letters as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a busy office environment from an administration or customer service role.
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Events experience is a plus, but not required.
