Customer Experience Coordinator

Your Future Role:As an Experience Coordinator, you'll deliver an exceptionally high standard of personal customer service to our members and guests every day. You'll be the team member our members see every day and the backbone of our daily operations. Seamless event execution, professional appearance, and friendly, courteous demeanor are all essential ingredients in being successful in this role, as is the ability to think ahead and anticipate people's needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab at reception.
- Effectively handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
- A keen attention to detail to anticipate member needs.
- Open and close the lab location so that it's ready for business and meeting our brand standards.
- Properly stock and maintain the appearance of the lab, including reception, meeting rooms, café, member, and common areas.
- Light cleaning duties with strong attention to detail to ensure the lab is always up to brand standard for our members.
- Assist in delivering meetings and events booked into the lab, including setup, catering, and cleanup.
- Create a community through contributions to member events and fostering ways to engage members and the local community.
- Generate interest in the lab by assisting with certain local marketing activities.
- Know the lab's members to ensure the best possible handling of requests, visitors, and service requirements.
- Update, charge, and maintain accurate member information in billing software.
- Be knowledgeable of all other lab locations, our products and services, and act as a brand champion.
- Serve as backup to other similar positions at other Serendipity Lab locations nearby (if applicable).
- Reasoning, remembering, mathematics, and appropriate language (written and verbal) ability.
- Support and interact with members, visitors, and lab staff.
- Hearing - Ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephone communication.
- Talking - Clearly express ideas by means of spoken word.
- Ability to sit, stand, type, and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform low-impact physical tasks, such as using stairs, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Satisfactory pre-employment D.O.T drug test.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- A high attention to detail and being keen to deliver great experiences.
- Being a self-starter but being open and willing to take direction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Planning, managing, and executing events or meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
