We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Thursday Boot Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading daily store operations, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Experience: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience in our store.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
