Position Summary

The Client Relationship Management Team is at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, collaborating closely with our clients to develop advanced equipment and chemical treatment solutions across various sectors. This role is based in the Kernsville, PA. area. Our team members do more than oversee the sales process; they serve as technical consultants who cultivate a profound understanding of client needs, delivering innovative solutions that enhance energy and water efficiency while optimizing profitability and productivity, all while safeguarding our natural resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Approach: Act as a consultant and advisor, listening to, learning from, and applying technologies to address a wide range of water and process treatment needs, utilizing the industry's broadest and deepest product portfolio. Prioritize safety by adhering to customer safety and environmental practices.
  • Field Engagement: This role is not confined to a desk. You will spend several days each month working at commercial sites, sometimes requiring hands-on involvement with field test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other water treatment-related equipment and chemicals. Proactivity is essential; implementing preventative maintenance and optimizing chemical feed and equipment operations through innovative predictive analytics will be crucial.
  • Team Collaboration: We achieve success as a team, and your participation in daily operational meetings will be vital for staying informed on priorities and sharing best practices and impactful solutions.
  • Account Development: Collaborate across teams and divisions to maximize results and delight clients with innovative equipment, chemical, and analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry. Equivalent field experience is also acceptable.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments, including heavy industrial facilities, light manufacturing sites, and commercial & institutional properties.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel overnight.

Additional Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and technical (computer) skills are beneficial.
