The Sales Route Specialist is a full-time role dedicated to the distribution, promotion, and merchandising of Penn Foster Inc's extensive range of products. This includes delivering to various retail locations such as convenience stores, discount retailers, and major supermarkets.

In this position, you will operate a delivery vehicle to visit different outlets, working autonomously to unload shipments, display products effectively, collaborate with store management to boost sales, and keep accurate records throughout your workday.


What to anticipate:


Receive comprehensive training in the fundamentals of the role, including four to six weeks of focused driving and sales instruction with our supportive team.

Experience different routes, engage with a variety of customers, and learn about diverse retail environments.
Enhance sales on your route by fostering relationships, implementing promotional displays, and executing national sales initiatives.
Achieve a consistent route with designated days off and a stable schedule over time.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging work atmosphere.
