Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flooring Estimator to join our team at CentiMark Corporation. As a key member of our sales and estimating team, you will be responsible for supporting our Regional Sales Manager in marketing our polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive sales growth and territory expansion
  • Conduct site inspections, measure floors, and estimate material and labor requirements for commercial and industrial flooring projects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate information for proposal creation and customer engagement
  • Travel to client sites to deliver proposals, demonstrate materials, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of regional sales
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, estimating, or a related field, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and territory management skills, with a strong motivation to develop new accounts
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Valid State driver's license (in good standing) and authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
