Key Responsibilities
  • **System Maintenance**: Ensure the smooth operation of all IT traffic and special systems, including Airport Management Systems, Flight Information Display Systems, and Advertising Content Management Systems.
  • **Vendor Management**: Supervise and approve the work of external service providers to ensure high-quality services.
  • **Project Coordination**: Assist in creating performance specifications and detailed concepts, and monitor their implementation in the operational area.
  • **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative processes for monitoring all traffic and special systems.
  • **System Development**: Support the further development of traffic systems to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • **On-Call Duty**: Participate in on-call duty to ensure prompt resolution of system issues.
Requirements
  • **Qualifications**: Completion of training as an IT specialist, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification.
  • **Language Skills**: Good written and spoken communication skills.
