Quality Improvement Nurse Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced RN Quality Improvement Nurse Lead to join our Providence Home and Community Care team in Portland, OR. This part-time position will lead quality improvement initiatives across our seven-state footprint, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and services.
The estimated salary for this role is $52.46 - $73.18 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- As a leader in our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective quality improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive change.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement projects, developing and tracking action plan items to achieve measurable results.
- This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive quality improvement initiatives forward.
