Clinical Quality Improvement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Hospice Nurse RN to lead clinical quality improvement initiatives at Providence PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. This role will drive patient safety efforts, ensuring high-quality care for our elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient safety initiatives.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis of patient safety events and develop action plans.
  • Foster collaboration among healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Licenses in state of hire and wherever care is delivered.
  • ~3 years Clinic and/or community nursing experience.

About Providence

As a comprehensive health care organization serving over 1 million people, Providence offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
