Job Description

The Quality Engineer role involves working with diverse leadership and department teams to identify and implement effective solutions. You will be responsible for improving product quality, equipment efficiency, and environmental sustainability, while coaching and training shop floor personnel to develop a stronger quality culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead manufacturing projects to improve product quality, equipment efficiency, and environmental sustainability
  2. Identify internal issues using data review, visual detection, and reported complaints/concerns
  3. Coordinate long-term resolutions and lead improvement initiatives
  4. Train and coach shop floor personnel on technical knowledge and process deviations
  5. Support customer claim resolution and conduct shop floor trials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 4 or more years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering
  • ISO 9001 Auditing Certification and proactive problem-solving skills
