**Job Description**

This Nurse Supervisor and Quality Leader role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in managing complex patients and providing clinical education to clinical support staff.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance and development
  • Coaching and mentoring of clinical staff
  • Implementation of clinical best practices
  • Assessment and improvement of patient care services

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • Grad from accredited school
  • BSN
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington
  • Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course
  • Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
  • 3 years RN experience managing complex patients

**Salary:** $47.98-$75.94 per hour, depending on experience
