**Role Overview**
As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in patient care.

**Responsibilities**
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for quality improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address issues related to patient safety and quality
  • Mentor and educate colleagues on best practices and evidence-based care


**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of hire
