Responsibilities:

  • LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION WITH INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAMS
  • IMPLEMENTATION OF CLINICAL BEST PRACTICES AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES
  • SUPERVISION OF CLINICAL STAFF PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT
  • PATIENT CARE DELIVERY AND EDUCATION

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate degree with 3+ years of recent RN experience
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • BSN required; current Oregon and Washington state RN licenses
  • Certifications as required by department
