About the Role

The Sales Performance Analyst will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by facilitating all DSD beverage price changes, creating and communicating all new store openings, and managing new items in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate and timely sales reports, identifying opportunities and risks to drive business growth.
  • Support Sales Teams: Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support sales teams in customer meetings, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Pricing and New Item Setup: Facilitate pricing for the Sams Club beverage portfolio and set up new items in the Sams Club portal.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal and external partners, such as Pepsi bottlers and customers, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Data Analysis and Setup: Utilize Sams Club and Pepsi systems to pull data for analysis and setup pricing.
  • Sales Communication: Prepare sales communication as needed for field team selling.
  • PEP Field Tools: Support PEP Field tools as needed for Sams Execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a CPG environment or customer service industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and translate performance, identify opportunities and risks, and develop sales stories/forecasts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
  • Time Management and Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule.
  • Planning and Organizing: Capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Willingness and ability to learn and quickly adapt to other internal support systems.
  • Team Player: Independent and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
