We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Envision. As a key member of our headquarters sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting data, reporting, and analytics projects for the Walmart Sales Leadership and Field Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain commercial performance analysis reports, including sales, share, and distribution metrics.
  • Design and build reports using PowerBI and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Update templates and communication tools to provide routine visibility of sales performance, including weekly trackers and dashboards.
  • Analyze financial and share performance, price, volume, and mix performance, and identify gaps across brands, channels, and territories.
  • Run ad hoc reports to support internal and customer-focused meeting preparation and plan implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of performance levers affecting sales performance.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures, including IRI experience.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn new topics and develop expertise.
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • PowerBI and SQL database knowledge.
  • Syndicated data and IRI experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
