Customer Account Manager

The Customer Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for key customers' accounts, owning and addressing their central business and logistics needs in close collaboration with sales and other key functions. This position will be a key part of the Sales Strategy & Execution team, adopting tools and making analysis to contribute to strategy creation and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, maintaining regular communications and building strong, trusted relationships with such customers.
- Develop knowledge of customer behaviors, goals, and challenges to proactively offer solutions.
- Advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are prioritized across functions, including Sales, CX, Operations, and product development.
- Assist with regular customer business reviews.
- Address and resolve complex customer issues with urgency and effectiveness, utilizing cross-department coordination.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Monitor and analyze customer account metrics, using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer account status, feedback, and metrics to management.
- Assist in creating and executing business plans to accelerate sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrate ability to learn business disciplines quickly and deliver results under pressure.
- Eagerness and openness for further development for both personal and professional growth while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for key customers and sales meetings.
