- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion.
- Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other related duties.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results.
- Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions.
- Minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage and grow commercial enterprise (mid-market) accounts, with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Yardi domain experience.
- Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry).
- Educational background or experience with accounting principles.

Annual base salary range: $85,000 - $95,000
