C5ISR Business Development Director

OWT Global is seeking a highly skilled C5ISR Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts within the C5ISR directorate. As a key member of our Strategy and Growth team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities within the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), and other federal government customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the OWT Global C5ISR pipeline, identifying and capturing near- and mid-term opportunities while shaping long-term pursuits.
* Develop and execute customer, partner, and stakeholder contact plans, interacting with key government customers and industry peers to establish relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, developing capture strategies, competitive assessments, teaming, and price-to-win efforts.
* Develop and lead OWT Global awareness/capabilities briefings, providing an overview of our directorate capabilities and differentiators.
Requirements:
* TS/SCI eligibility required
* B.S. or B.A. in a relevant field
* 5-8 years of demonstrated success supporting business development and capture of programs within the DoD, IC, and federal government contract space (or) 10 years of combined military service and industry experience.
