Job Description

Reporting to the Cost Center Lead, the Business Generation & Operations Director will lead and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Real Estate business for the Tampa Cost Center, supporting business as usual activity and enabling continued growth, support, and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Team organization, financial management, business management, and working closely with Territory Leads and MD on business planning and strategy.
  • Business Development: Pipeline planning, bid coordination, bid writing, key account management, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in the consulting construction industry.
  • Experience managing teams and client relations within the Southern Florida market is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Must have experience in Business Development/Generation.
  • Proactive, quality-driven, self-motivated, and hands-on team-leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
