Job Title: Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Professional to provide comprehensive support at the Corporate Office of CVA Homes LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate office events and travel arrangements as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our visibility in the community through website, social media, and printed materials
  • Organize community events to market the company and enhance brand awareness
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to the team
  • Participate in employee development programs to improve skill sets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and emails, and serving as a liaison between clients and staff members
  • Enhance productivity by creating and implementing record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Ability to complete detailed work efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service, bookkeeping, or administration is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
