About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Republic Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
