Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role will be essential in steering business performance through strategic management of indirect sales channels, particularly with Value Added Resellers, Business Process Outsourcers, and other service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the US sales team to achieve growth objectives across the Americas.
  • Expand our partner and customer network, concentrating on closing large deals.
  • Onboard new service partners and enhance existing relationships to boost sales.
  • Optimize the use of resources within established business synergies.
  • Create and execute a 3-year strategic plan for all sales channels.
  • Monitor performance through key metrics and incoming orders.
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing campaigns and individual development plans.
  • Utilize various B2B channels, including webinars, events, and marketing strategies, to meet targets.
  • Facilitate a cultural shift towards successful cloud service applications and sales.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration with global internal departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team as part of the management structure.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in account management.
  • Proven track record in selling software solutions at senior levels.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in both direct and indirect team management.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM software.
