The Site Construction Manager (Interiors) plays a crucial role in the success of each project. Site Construction Manager Skills & Experience Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent.
  • Preferred software knowledge: Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Procore.
  • Ability to interpret site plans.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety standards to ensure project safety.
  • Experience in site management and project leadership.
  • Understanding of master and look-ahead schedules.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, plus a performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive health coverage fully paid by the company.
  • 401K plan with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
