ROLE SUMMARY:

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in the advancement of technology solutions that drive operational success. Your collaboration with business and IT stakeholders will be crucial in identifying requirements, developing strategies, and refining systems to boost productivity and encourage teamwork. A solid foundation in Oracle Cloud and a keen interest in financial service operations are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Enhancement: Lead the optimization of Oracle ERP, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with all business applications to meet our strategic goals.
  • Strategic Development: Work alongside teams to implement innovative IT strategies that facilitate growth into e-commerce and other areas, while applying effective change management techniques.
  • Integration and Automation: Spearhead the incorporation of advanced applications into existing and future systems, focusing on automation and ongoing process enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Serve as the primary resource for resolving daily operational issues within Oracle ERP and WMS, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Training and Skill Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing regular training and development opportunities for the IT team.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Oracle and other vendors to ensure consistent support.
  • Project Leadership: Manage relevant IT projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain industry standards and company policies by ensuring compliance in all IT operations, and generate insightful reports on Oracle ERP usage and potential growth.
  • Business Process Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear functional specifications for new and modified business systems, ensuring all requirements are addressed.
  • Solution Delivery: Engage in the complete lifecycle of system solutions, from configuration to testing, deployment, and validation.
  • Training Delivery: Design and conduct thorough training sessions on hardware and software usage, equipping team members with essential skills.
  • Support Services: Provide critical support for production and development environments, including on-call assistance as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of Business Systems Analysts to coordinate support efforts and ensure project success.
  • Enterprise Application Management: Develop and oversee an enterprise business systems team that supports key applications, including ERP, EPM, ADW, CDM, MDM, and more.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Ensure the adoption of industry best practices for the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.
  • Application Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of applications to meet diverse business needs, particularly in Oracle Cloud and business intelligence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system implementation.
  • Procurement Optimization: Streamline procurement and inventory processes within the category management department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Category Management Systems: Implement and oversee systems that support effective category management and supplier relationship management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with a robust background in large-scale enterprise applications.
  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is required.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate procurement functions and associated business applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in financial services and processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience in procurement and inventory management, with a solid understanding of category management systems.
