As a Senior Business/Marketing Analyst at 99 Ranch Market, the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Omni channel shopping experience. Our e-commerce team operates with the agility of a startup, striving to innovate and excel in the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with warehouse stakeholders to deliver financial insights and analysis that support business performance and strategic goals.
- Create and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets for warehouse operations, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
- Evaluate financial performance metrics such as sales, margins, occupancy costs, and operational expenses to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint market opportunities, target demographics, and key messaging.
- Assess marketing performance metrics and KPIs to gauge campaign success and refine strategies for optimal return on investment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or related fields, particularly within retail, real estate, or warehouse operations; experience in the retail sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate effective relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and strategic insight, with the ability to convert financial data into actionable recommendations.
Employment Type:
Full Time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
