About the Role

The Regional Vice President of Customer Success will be responsible for leading the customer success team in a specific region, driving growth and expansion of Innovaccer's customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth in the region
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Innovation Directors to achieve customer success goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer executives to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to realize value from Innovaccer's products and services
  • Manage significant changes in customer requirements and process changes to fully utilize Innovaccer products
Requirements
  • Graduate degree/MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, with consulting experience from a top-tier firm preferred
  • Proven leadership, team-building, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and present complex business reviews and executive presentations
