Regional Vice President of Customer Success

The Regional Vice President of Customer Success will be responsible for leading the customer success team in a specific region, driving growth and expansion of Innovaccer's customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth in the region
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Innovation Directors to achieve customer success goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer executives to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to realize value from Innovaccer's products and services
- Manage significant changes in customer requirements and process changes to fully utilize Innovaccer products
- Graduate degree/MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, with consulting experience from a top-tier firm preferred
- Proven leadership, team-building, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and present complex business reviews and executive presentations
