Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the overall daily operations of multiple senior living residence facilities to ensure the highest quality and adherence to facility and company standards.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate team members, fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and well-being.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and enhance resident care.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cash flow, occupancy, and financial performance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the full continuum of care, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional resident experiences.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and vendors to enhance resident care and services.
  • Accountability for operation management, fiscal management, employee management/development, quality care improvement/risk management, vendor staff relationships, and culture/communication.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is required.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare operations is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and senior living operational systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, a high degree of initiative, and good judgment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to motivate others, professional ethics, and positive attitude.
