KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under general supervision, you will deliver advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance in response to intricate inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products. Your role will involve a significant degree of autonomy. You will identify and implement the most effective, cost-efficient business practices to execute processes, continually assessing their effectiveness and relevance. You will exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and executing your responsibilities, while monitoring performance and reporting updates to management.

+ Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization.

+ Exhibit the ability to cultivate and maintain credible business relationships with clients, sharing product expertise as needed.

+ Identify, report, and advise on customer requirements, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence growth and service of accounts.

+ Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for complex field inquiries as required, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products and related technical insights.

+ Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.

+ Offer insights, guidance, and feedback to management regarding market trends and components for next-generation products.

+ Provide regional coverage for CRM implant cases.

Additionally, you will support CRM Sales Representatives in the following areas:

+ Sales assistance;

+ Regional training events;

+ Clinical studies and data collection;

+ Troubleshooting; and,

+ New product training for physicians, nurses, and sales representatives.

+ Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced Clinical Specialists.

+ Continuously enhance engineering, sales, and technical skills related to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy, including learning opportunities through senior sales personnel and management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience is essential. You must be able to achieve certification on SJMSC CRM products. A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries is required. Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures is necessary. Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room protocols is essential. Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems is also required. You must apply engineering skills to interpret and resolve complex clinical challenges. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills are crucial, along with the ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the capacity to work independently are vital. You should be able to collaborate effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and clients to achieve set objectives, while managing multiple assignments efficiently. Proficiency in personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent software for creating presentation materials, is required.
