Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate under general supervision to deliver advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to intricate inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products.
  • Demonstrate a high level of independence in executing tasks, employing effective and efficient business practices to enhance operational processes.
  • Utilize independent judgment in planning, organizing, and executing work, while monitoring performance and providing updates to management.
  • Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization, fostering credible relationships with clients and sharing product knowledge.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence growth and service.
  • Provide expert engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for complex inquiries as needed.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Offer insights and feedback to management regarding market trends and future product development.
  • Ensure regional CRM implant case coverage and support CRM Sales Representatives in various capacities, including sales support, training, clinical studies, troubleshooting, and product training.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced Clinical Specialists while continuously enhancing personal engineering, sales, and technical skills.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries, along with a solid understanding of cardiology and electrophysiology procedures. Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols is essential.

Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems is necessary, along with the ability to apply engineering skills to solve complex clinical challenges. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills are required, as well as the capacity to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.

Proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office or equivalent, is essential for developing presentation materials.
