Job Summary

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their healthcare needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and assist customers with their healthcare-related inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare plans and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience required
  • Must be able to pass English and Spanish assessments
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods
